Key Responsibilities
* Identify customer needs and deliver suitable solutions, including sales
* Guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide resolution to inquiries in a timely manner
* Assist customers with placing orders and related issues
* Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot or escalate technical issues, and assist with account problems
* Follow standard diagnostic procedures with a focus on handling frequently asked questions effectively
* Convert every customer into a satisfied customer
* Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
Required Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication skills in German
* Good command of English (B2+)
* Sales experience with consumer products and services is beneficial
* Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
* Advanced internet research skills
* An empathetic nature with strong communication skills
* A positive and adventurous attitude
* A willingness to learn and absorb knowledge
