The Whatever/Whenever team is responsible for addressing hotel incoming calls and handling guest requests and complaints. They drive the Whatever Whenever service philosophy throughout the hotel.
As a Whatever/Whenever Agent, you ensure a warm, welcoming, and witty experience for all guests, delivering Wow moments through exceptional service.
PROFILE
You are passionate about the W brand and eager to join our team.
You have experience in Concierge/Guest Service in a high-end, lifestyle environment.
You possess a natural affinity for styling trends and excellent people skills.
You are creative, always thinking of new ways to improve, embracing change with enthusiasm.
You are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
You have a genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
This role is available for the winter season 24/25, from December to March.
