Key Responsibilities
* Diligent management of assigned programs including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring and risk reporting.
* Monitoring program processes, training stakeholders on GSCF's services and systems, evaluating and issuing change requests.
* Ensuring agreements are implemented and monitored, updating program relevant manuals and procedures regularly.
* Timely reporting and escalation of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to superiors.
* User acceptance testing of new features to be released to production.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or relevant discipline.
* Experience in Operations roles, ideally within supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry.
* Fluent in English; every additional language is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of Jira and Confluence beneficial.
* High accuracy and efficiency under deadlines, excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively.
* Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements.
