Job Responsibilities
1. Engage key partners to increase sales activities and business penetration
2. Provide market intelligence and monitor penetration level of each key partner
3. Develop strong relationships with team and market heads of key partners
4. Institutionalize individual banker relationships where needed
5. Differentiate and promote Howden Private Wealth based on our thought leadership expertise to develop business opportunities
6. Support CEO in exploring and developing new distribution models
7. Develop strong relationships with key Howden partners to promote Howden Private Wealth solutions
8. Assist CEO in coordinating and managing sales activities to achieve sales efficiency and optimal conversion ratios
9. Ensure overall compliance to company and group policies/procedures
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
2. Experience in the financial sector and knowledge in life insurance, trust and/or HNW space will be preferred
3. Self-motivated and mature individuals with strong drive for excellence
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
