Job Description:
We are seeking a Corporate Head Learning and Development to join our team at Swarovski. As a member of our diverse team, you will have the opportunity to work on shaping and implementing the corporate learning and development strategy.
This role is responsible for ensuring that Swarovski has the skills and capabilities necessary for long-term business success. You will be creating a learning strategy in line with our overall People strategy, providing thought leadership on all topics related to learning and development, and shaping and executing a global roadmap centered around enhancing people capabilities.
* Create a Learning Strategy: Develop a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our overall People strategy.
* Provide Thought Leadership: Offer guidance and expertise to senior business leaders and the HR community on learning-related topics.
* Shaping and Executing the Global Roadmap: Design and implement a global roadmap to enhance people capabilities and meet the current and future needs of the organization.
* Embedding a Learning Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning across Swarovski, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Guiding the L&D Team: Oversee the functional L&D team in executing and operationalizing the learning strategy, ensuring high-quality content and effective learning methodologies.
* Assessing Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with new learning tools, techniques, and technologies, applying proven strategies in learning design.
* Owning the Growth Academy: Design and execute the Swarovski Growth Academy, supporting content and experience creation to uplift the development agenda.
* Consulting and Acting as SME: Serve as a subject matter expert to L&D/HR colleagues across Swarovski Crystal Business, including digital learning solutions and platforms.
About You:
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who brings the following qualifications and experience:
* Educational Background: Educational background in a related field, with coaching/assessment certifications or similar being a plus.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in an international setting.
* Delivering Learning Interventions: Experience in delivering and facilitating learning interventions.
* Agility and Flexibility: Ability to work in a small and flexible team, with a willingness to drive other talent, culture, and learning topics when priorities change.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build relationships at all levels.
* Innovative Approach: Innovative and creative approach whenever possible, with a can-do attitude.
* Virtual Work Environment: Ability to work autonomously and virtually with teams located globally.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent English proficiency, with German being an advantage.
