As a Digital Customer Content Expert you will take content management to the next level-planning, producing and optimizing digital content to enhance user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional digital teams ensuring high-quality, customer-centric communication across digital channels.
1. Plan, create and manage content for the websites for Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines
2. Edit content in German and/or English following digital communication principles
3. Defining digital content strategy, roadmap and informative content framework across our digital channels
4. Stakeholder management: consulting and improving user experience together with business owner, product owner and cross functional teams
5. Prioritize and coordinate content requests based on business criticality
6. Steering of internal and external digital service providers to ensure correct and consistent presentation of editorial content
7. Apply airline expertise to develop content strategies for targeted audience engagement
8. Ensure adherence to brand and communication guidelines across multiple airline brands

9. 2+ years experience in digital marketing or communications, preferably in agile environment
10. Experience in UX, analytics, content management or digital sales is an advantage
11. Strong content editing skills in German and English
12. Expertise in content orchestration across digital channels, deep understanding of digital communication principles, preferably in international environment
13. High analytical skills to model user and information flows improving digital sales
14. Experience with CMS platforms, knowledge of Miro, Jira
15. Strong organizational skills, ability to simplify complex tasks
16. Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional and agile teams
17. Proactive mindset, stepping outside of comfort zone
18. Flexible to work on parallel projects, problem solving thinking, frustration tolerant
