About Our Client Our client is an international organisation.
Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Co-founder, including managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of high-level reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Support the executive team in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
The Successful Applicant Fluency in English, German, and French is essential.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
