Product & Business Development Manager Semiconductor
This is a role where the person will be responsible for further evolving our client's solutions for their Semicon clients.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying new markets and customer needs within the semiconductor industry
* Promoting the company's products
* Addressing or predicting client objectives
* Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers (up to 25% travel)
* Preparing sales contracts, providing feedback and after-sales support
* Influencing the team's Agile development to ensure appropriate product evolution
* Direct contribution to the growth of the company
* Collaborating with others to fully leverage technical capabilities, IP, and know-how across the whole company

Your technical foundation is complemented by Sales or Business Development experience, good communication and relationship skills:
* Several years' experience within the semiconductor industry. Firsthand experience with emerging MRAM technology is a plus.
* Some years' experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or in an equivalent role
* Experience in sales to early adopter customers
* Technical credibility in semiconductor technology, materials science, measurement technologies, metrology giving you the foundation to engage customers and partners
* Masters or Ph.D. degree in physics/electrical engineering
* Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for learning, and a desire to work for a quickly growing company
* Fluent in English, and preferably other languages
