Job Description:
You will report to the Team Leader HR Business Partnering and will have the following responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for line managers and employees in the assigned divisions, providing guidance and support on HR matters
* Lead and execute talent acquisition activities to support the recruitment plans for the assigned areas
* Advise and assist line managers in addressing employee relations issues, such as complaints, personnel challenges, immigration matters, policy inquiries, and other HR topics
* Contribute to the development, revision, and implementation of HR policies and guidelines in alignment with global HR standards and programs
* Collaborate closely with business controllers to manage budget, headcount, and workforce planning initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
* University degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong expertise in local HR legislation, company policies and processes combined with some experience with international teams/environments
* Fluency in (Swiss) German and English
* Full proficiency in MS Office is a must and knowledge of Success Factors is highly appreciated
* Energetic and driven personality with a strong customer-focused mindset
* A passionate, curious, and enthusiastic quick learner with the ability to navigate complex environments
* A confident and pragmatic individual with a hands-on approach
