Take the chance to drive our digital transformation!Key responsibilitiesWe set the focus mainly on our orders received on electronic data interchange (EDI) channelsWe trouble shoot orders on EDI channels by identifying source of errorsTogether, we support the implementation of digital projects in Customer ServiceBuild believing relationships with our existing customers and help onboard them on digital order channelsThe collaboration in the digital transformation of internal as well as external entities is key to our teamCollaborate exchange with internal entities (Commercial, Supply Chain and Data Analyst) to support a flawless end-to-end processGeneral administrative activitiesQualifikationenWho we are looking for:We expect a basic commercial training and a further education in the digital environment.Required Experiences and Skills:Ability to prioritize customer centric action and thinking to improve satisfactionVery good knowledge of ExcelInitial experience in the digitization of processes to streamline the ongoing efforts of the teamCareful work, flexibility, ability to work under pressureProficiency in German and fluent in EnglishAdditional skills:Knowledge of SAP is desirableFamiliarity in healthcare is a plusExperience in data analysis is an advantageFrench and Italian are an assetThis job based in Zuchwil, Switzerland will initially be limited until 31.12.2025 with the option to extend.
