HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
As our Group Talent Intern, you will support our team on global Talent strategic projects and assist our Group Talent Operations Senior Manager in ensuring our Talent community has a good understanding of our tools, systems, and methodologies to reach operational success.
This role reports to the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager and collaborates with our Group Talent team.
You will coordinate initiatives and projects that ensure we co-drive the Talent transformation into the future together.
You will collaborate with the Group Talent team, Maisons, Regions & functions on various initiatives, ensuring we create appropriate materials and update our toolkits for all our HR population.
You will support analytics and reporting initiatives, and assist in data analysis to track our successes.
You will support activities linked to our Talent processes, run analysis, and review our Talent programs and tools.
You will support our Talent training activities on Talent and tools.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You have an educational background in Project Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration or similar.
You are structured and organized with the ability to deal with multiple topics and to manage projects .
You are at ease with technology and enjoy working with data .
You have a business mindset, always thinking of opportunities to improve the status quo .
You have excellent written and oral English language skills; another language is a plus.
You are able to plan, coordinate, and react quickly to changes, to prioritize and manage your own workload .
You describe yourself with high attention to detail .
You are able to commit to a 6-month internship starting 01.03.2025 .
You have an internship agreement with your school/university .
