The Position

We are now looking for a Accountant Payables and General Ledger that is part of FIFA and supports us on our mission.
These are your key tasks:
1. Processing and checking creditor invoices in the electronic workflow system
2. Managing payment orders
3. Assisting with processing and checking employee credit cards and expenses claims
4. Working on monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliation
5. Regularly checking outstanding receivables
6. Providing support with other tasks related to accounts payable and the general ledger
7. Dealing with telephone and written enquiries

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
8. Completed commercial, business or equivalent training
9. At least 3-4 years' professional experience in accounting (financial accounting an advantage)
10. Good oral and written skills in English and German (both at least level B2), other languages an advantage
11. Good SAP knowledge an advantage. Good Microsoft Office skills
12. Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and to act with discretion when handling confidential information
13. Keen sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and a high degree of initiative
14. Confident demeanour and good manners
15. Team player
