About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Road Division team in Pratteln, Switzerland.
As part of our Customer Desk, you will be the first point of contact for Swiss export customers and responsible for handling their inquiries efficiently.
Your primary goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, optimize the customer experience, and build long-term relationships before, during, and after transport.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Handle national and international customer inquiries via email and phone in German, English, and French.
* Process incoming customer orders, conduct customs clearance checks, and ensure smooth shipment processes through close cooperation with internal departments.
* Manage customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
* Record, maintain, and update customer data in our TMS system.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your Ideal Profile
* You have completed training or retraining as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable qualification.
* You bring extensive professional experience in freight forwarding.
* You possess strong skills in MS Office applications and excellent communication skills.
* You work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner.
* You have a confident appearance, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills.
