Your Role
You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demand Forecasting: Develop and manage demand forecasts, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Inventory Management: Utilize ERP systems and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to plan and track materials, inventory, and production schedules.
* Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in the planning process.
* Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to stakeholders, outlining demand forecasts, trends, and recommendations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, procurement, and production) to ensure efficient planning and execution.
Requirements
* 2-5 years experience in demand planning or similar stock control or material management role.
* Working experience of perishable/expiring products stored within the cold chain is highly valuable, for example pharmaceutical or medical products.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems, MRP processes, and comfortable with advanced planning software.
* Strong communication skills, coupled with excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
