POSITION OVERVIEW
In this challenging position, as a technically skilled electrical engineer, you will be responsible for project management of large-scale projects in the field of automation and electrical systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of international projects with internal and external suppliers
Development of concepts and solutions
Creation of specifications for suppliers, circuit diagrams, and customer documentation
Procurement of automation technology and electrical equipment
Compliance with HSE safety standards
Support of the sales department in system design and cost analyses
Development and implementation of cost-effective electrical systems and automation technology in joint projects with internal departments, as well as coordination of internal and external resources
Approximately 20-30% travel worldwide
QUALIFICATIONS
Electrical engineering degree (FH or HF) and several years of experience in automation technology and electrical engineering.
Experience in the following areas: Instrumentation, installation, and commissioning.
EPLAN Electric P8, Siemens Automation, Rockwell Automation
Knowledge of PLCs, switchgear, and motor controls and are familiar with the E-Plan CAD system
Commercial acumen enables you to complete projects cost-effectively and on time.
Comfortable working in a constantly changing technological environment to tackle this diverse and technically demanding task in a goal-oriented manner.
Self-confidence, assertiveness, and negotiating skills are among your strengths, as is a team-oriented approach.
Good written and spoken German and English skills.
