Finance & HR Administrator (f/m/d)
The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom is seeking a Finance & HR Administrator to support our Human Rights Hub project in Geneva.

Key Responsibilities:
* Advise the team on financial matters, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and specifications.
* Plan and monitor budgets, checking all expenses for accuracy and settling invoices via online banking.
* Manage cash flow, process payment-related documents, and prepare audit-ready records.
* Maintain permanent files and post documents in DokuWare, ensuring seamless personnel administration.
* Collaborate with local authorities and service providers, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements:
* Proven expertise in financial and personnel administration.
* Experience with public funds administration is advantageous.
* Excellent written and spoken English, German, and French language skills.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting or ERP software.
* Ability to quickly learn new software programs, including document digitization.
* Flexibility, teamwork, proactivity, reliability, and diligence are essential.
* Minimum 3-5 years of work experience.
