Duties:
1. Contribute to the execution of PR campaigns as part of a collaborative team.
2. Assist senior staff in managing day-to-day internal and external communications for clients, ensuring seamless interactions.
3. Develop high-quality press materials and content that effectively convey key messages.
4. Respond to enquiries from the press and clients in a professional and timely manner.
5. Promote press releases and pitch story ideas to international media outlets, leveraging relationships and expertise.
6. Monitor and report on media coverage daily, analyzing trends and opportunities.
7. Engage directly with clients on a regular basis, fostering strong working relationships and open communication.
8. Create comprehensive social media plans, develop engaging content, and track campaign performance to optimize results.
9. Plan and execute paid digital search and social campaigns that drive business outcomes.
10. Conduct industry research, generating innovative story ideas and angles that capture audience attention.
11. Build and maintain relationships with media professionals to secure and expand coverage, elevating client visibility.
12. Support and train Executives and Interns, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a PR agency setting after completing their university studies.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and client engagement.
* Fluency in business-level English and proficiency in French or German, facilitating communication with diverse stakeholders.
* A solid understanding of finance and business/economics, providing valuable context and insights.
* A proven ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for clients, driving business growth and success.
* In-depth knowledge of the technology and business media landscape, staying abreast of emerging trends and developments.
