Position Snapshot
* Location: Lonay (Vaud, Switzerland), with regular travels to Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva)
* Activity Rate: Part-Time (80%)

Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our finance team, you will be responsible for:
* Verifying, allocating, and inputting accounting documents.
* Handling payment preparations and inputs.
* Ensuring cash and bank reconciliations are accurate.
* Monitoring internal approval processes for supplier invoices.
* Performing GR/IR reconciliations.
* Tracking open orders in our ERP system (SAP) and Procurement system (Ariba).
* Managing expense reports (Concur).
* Handling reminders and communications.
* Conducting inter-company account reconciliations.
* Contributing to monthly closing processes, including end-of-month provisions.
* Identifying opportunities for process efficiencies.
What Will Make You Successful
Knowledge & Skills
* Strong proficiency in accounting processes.
* Knowledge of Swiss VAT.
* Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Education & Qualifications
Professional Experience
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Fluency in French with a good level of English.
