We are looking for a Global C&B Digital Project Lead to join our Human Resources team in Winterthur, Switzerland.
In this role, you will help us ensure compensation strategies are effectively implemented and maintained within Workday, compensation processes are phased out in SuccessFactors, and global compensation & benefits (C&B) operations are streamlined.
This opportunity is multifaceted and combines analytical acumen, data analysis methods, compensation module capabilities, and basic knowledge of compensation principles. This is a temporary position till June 2026, with possibility of extension.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
* Workday Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of compensation initiatives in Workday across multiple countries.
* Data Management: Coordinate, maintain and manage compensation-related data, ensuring accuracy, implementation deadlines and integrity in the Workday system.
* Job Analysis: Conduct analysis of jobs for shaping the global job framework and coordinate incumbent job slotting & system implementation with global and country HR to maintain internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.
* Annual Compensation Processes: Coordinate with country HR for annual compensation processes, including merit/salary planning & bonus calculations, reporting, trend analysis, and benchmarking.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Support HR, management, and other stakeholders to develop job descriptions, salary grades, and pay rates.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in compensation data analysis and HRIS systems, preferably with Workday and/or SuccessFactors.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, mastering Excel, knowledge of compensation principles and data analysis methods, and fluency in English.
