Description
* Responsible for full life cycle recruitment;
* Recruitment of Technical and Engineering profiles, from junior to senior positions, from temporary to permanent contracts
* From advising hiring managers, screening applications to conducting interviews and hunting profiles;
* Use the ATS of the company;
* Actively participate in streamlining the recruitment strategy of the company; coordinate with different departments to improve HR processes; analyser and give feedback to HR Direction;
* Assist HR BP with onboarding processes;
* Ensuring compliance with local and international HR laws and regulations.
Profile
* Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition in Switzerland and on Technical professions;
* French and English speaking (fluent C1 levels);
* A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and Swiss law;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Calm and collected demeanour and strong organisational skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
