The Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT)Engineer will lead technology transfer efforts, supportmanufacturing processes and products, and contribute to overalltechnical improvements. YourImpact: Contribute to technicaltransfer projects to establish robust and compliant manufacturingprocesses and control strategies.Own andmaintain the knowledge of manufacturing processes throughout theproduct lifecycle.Author, review, and approvetechnical documents such as batch records, sampling plans, SOPs,risk assessments, study protocols, and technicalreports.Provide first-line technical supportto manufacturing, ensuring compliance with relevant instructionsand quality requirements.Enhance processunderstanding by identifying key sources of variability and rootcauses of product and process failures.Managechange reviews and implementation, risk assessments, qualityinvestigations, impact assessments, and CAPAs in cross-functionalteams.Plan and organize training sessions formanufacturing personnel. WhatYou Bring: Degree (Bachelor, Master,or equivalent) in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or relatedfields).Minimum of 2 years of experience inthe diagnostics or life sciences industry, with expertise inbiology, biochemistry, immunology, andautomation.Proven scientific and technicalexpertise in the diagnostics or pharmaceuticalindustry.Structured and methodical approachwith strong problem-solving skills.Excellentcommunication abilities.Native-levelproficiency in French or German, with at least basic knowledge ofthe other language, and fluent Englishskills.
