Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams für den Geschäftsbereich Medical Surgical suchen wir derzeit eine*n engagierte*n und motivierte*n Kolleg*in für die Position ConnectMe Sales Representative for Surgical Innovation (m/w/d) – für die Regionen – SG, TG, AI, AA, GR, SH, TI, FL, GL der deutschsprachigen Schweiz. Der ConnectMe-Vertriebsmitarbeiter ist eine Remote-Vertriebsrolle im Büro/zu Hause, die darauf ausgelegt ist, die traditionellen Außendienstmitarbeiter von Surgical Innovations durch eine technologiegestützte, innovative Remote-Verkaufsfunktion zu vervollständigen und zu ergänzen, die den Zugang zu Produkt- und Servicelösungen für unsere Kunden verbessert. Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office kann erforderlich sein; die Reisetätigkeit generell limitiert sich auf rd. 20% der gesamten Arbeitszeit.
Responsibilities:
Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate.
Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
Arranges demonstration of products by field sales representatives.
Assists the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires practical knowledge gained through experience of sales techniques and job area typically obtained through education combined with sales experience. Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services.
