**Quality Assurance Manager Role at Jet Aviation**
Crafting flight in its smoothest form requires a team of dedicated professionals. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Part 145 / 21, OEM Service Center requirements, established standards and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor the Company's Quality System using a systemic approach as per ISO 9000 auditing principles, sampling design, manufacturing, and maintenance process flow to ensure compliance.
* Conduct audits in accordance with the audit program, manage resources, and review corrective/preventive action effectiveness.
* Present statistical analysis of findings, resolution rate, significant root causes to Management annually.
* Review current/changing regulations, interpret, and propose alignment strategies.
* Report significance and economic/financial/business impact to Management.
* Investigate MEDA/Occurrence Reports and monitor Human Factor Error Management process effectiveness.
* Process Part 145 and Part 21G capability list amendments.
* Interact with Part21J/G and Part 145 stakeholders to evaluate interface processes and structure.
* Establish, recommend, and monitor quality performance statistics based on the quality plan.
* Perform trend analysis and identify quality improvement opportunities.
Additional Main Responsibilities:
* Identify barriers and root causes of Quality improvement issues and performance gaps.
* Research best practices for quality improvement initiatives and utilization standards.
* Recommend procedure and workflow improvements, working with others to develop and streamline workflows.
* Provide feedback on improvement effectiveness to Management and colleagues.
* Facilitate quality and safety standard improvement across the organization.
* Liaise with N.A.A., e.g., FOCA, FAA, on Part 145, 21 approval, MOE/POE, and audit matters.
* Support NAA/customers/OEM to follow up on audit findings and facilitate closure.
* Review MOE/POE and related Part 145/Part 21 procedures for regulatory compliance.
* Maintain an overview of the Company's Documentation system, assess efficiency & control, and assess communication on changes and updates.
* Prepare clear explanatory documents/correspondences on audit and quality matters.
* Conduct briefings, coach, and advise operational staff on procedures and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Five years' experience in maintenance, production, or design in the aviation industry, with three years in quality assurance/control.
* Formal qualification in QMS, SMS, auditing techniques, MEDA investigation techniques, and human factors error management.
* Familiarity with quality and safety management tools, concepts, and methodologies.
* In-depth knowledge of EASA Part 145, Part M, Part 21G, Part 21J, Part 66, Part 147, Human Factors, SMS, MEDA investigation, ISO9000 auditing concepts, and EN 9100/EN 9110 requirements.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Effective report writing and procedure/process writing skills.
* Excellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from complicated details.
