Job Description
The Private Markets Entity Structuring team is looking for a diligent Student who can commit to this role for at least 2 years. This role is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with three working days per week. The candidate will support with the following tasks:
Supporting the legal counsels with the establishment of fund entities in various jurisdictions;
Supporting the bank account opening processes with various banks;
Preparing and taking minutes of launch board meetings;
Supporting execution and filing of documents;
Updating various databases with fund information;
Collecting reports from service providers and compiling documents;
Managing and updating know your customer (KYC) information and contact sheets.
Requirements
Currently studying law or business administration with exposure to law;
Proficient language skills in German and good level of English;
Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Efficient organizational and clear communication skills;
Diligent working style with a strong focus on the details;
Strong commitment and motivation to contribute as a team player in a high-performance environment;
Ability to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work;
Strong interest in a professional career in the financial industry;
Prior exposure to the financial industry is of advantage.
