THE COMPANY & ROLE
Our client is a Swiss scale-up in the SaaS industry. This role is essential in driving growth by optimizing sales and marketing processes, reporting and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, operations and finance. We are looking for a driven person with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. Reporting to the C-level, this position plays a significant role in shaping the future success of the company.
TASKS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee and take ownership of the entire customer journey, leveraging KPIs to ensure a holistic view of performance and identify trends, red flags and opportunities.
* Provide clear, data-driven insights to Marketing, Sales and Management to support strategic decision-making.
* Analyze and refine processes to improve efficiency and align sales, partnerships and marketing.
* Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, ensuring alignment on targets and performance metrics with finance and sales teams.
* Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and usability while driving adoption across teams.
* Build, improve and enhance dashboards for real-time visibility into KPIs, enabling continuous optimization.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across sales, marketing, operations and finance.
* Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations. Apply best practices to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales or Marketing.
* Excellent communication skills in English; any additional language is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in a sales operations or revenue operations role within the B2B sector.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in collaboration with sales and marketing departments—driving improvements across funnel metrics and lead flow management.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset, with proficiency in Excel, Tableau and SQL, as well as experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce).
* A good understanding of the software industry and an indirect go-to-market model is a strong plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly independent, proactive in identifying opportunities and driving solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence and presence to engage effectively at all levels, including senior management. Self-driven and hands-on, with an unwavering commitment to achieving goals and making an impact.
* Experience in working in a dynamic environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances. A proven track record in a start-up or scale-up environment would be a plus.
