About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Manager IR MC Retail Activation to lead impactful retailer education strategies across global markets. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement cutting-edge retailer education programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute retailer education programs for SFP and CC categories, enhancing retailer advocacy, brand visibility, and sales.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams to align and execute activation plans effectively.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 5 specialists, ensuring task prioritization, cohesive team dynamics, and effective project execution.
4. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external partners to activate stakeholders at the right time, ensuring seamless program rollouts.
5. Project Management: Oversee Open Academy pilot deployment across the globe.
6. Performance Optimization: Manage budgets, monitor program performance, and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Mandatory Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
o 5-7+ years of experience in indirect retail, digital marketing, or FMCG industries.
2. Skills and Experience:
o Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
o Strong understanding of Indirect Retail channels and retailer education platforms.
o In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Fielo, and online education features like gamification and leaderboards.
o Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365.
o Fluent in English.
3. Desirable Skills:
o Experience in the tobacco or FMCG sectors.
o Knowledge of B2B and B2C business models.
