What you'll be doing: Directly impact the achievement of our ARR Bookings targets in our historic headquarter region DACH. Drive the region to the next level. Develop and coach our Account Executives to consistently execute sales processes, MEDDICC and Value selling. Build a sustainable pipeline generation engine for the region. Forecast and analyze performance data and put measures in place to increase deal sizes, shorten sales cycles and improve win rates. Establish yourself as a leader not only in the Sales organization but Cross-Functionally (e.G. Marketing, RevOps, Consulting). What you bring: 3+ years Enterprise software sales leadership experience. A track record of leading a diverse sales team to overachievement against ambitious revenue booking targets. Examples of developing AE performance and personal growth, within a culture of ownership and accountability. You’re comfortable conducting C-level meetings and presenting at events on our solution and value propositions. You are experienced with managing to MEDDICC and related value-selling methodologies. You match our FAITH values and have a humble yet strong management style committed to the success of the company. Strong interest in Process Orchestration and Automation Space, including willingness to use. Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camunda located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
