Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to end-users' IT environment.
2. Identify, record, and prioritize incidents and requests.
3. Investigate root causes of incidents and requests.
4. Resolve issues and escalate unresolved incidents.
5. Document and close resolved incidents and requests.
6. Contribute to improving incident management procedures.
7. Manage end-user systems and identity and access management.
Profile:
* Bachelor in IT.
* 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position.
* ITIL V3 or V4 certifications a plus.
* Experience in ticketing and service management.
* Experience in identity and access management (IAM).
* Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS 365, and troubleshooting.
* Excellent knowledge in managing mobile devices (JAMF or similar).
* Excellent knowledge in hardware/software deployment and lifecycle management.
* Good knowledge in AD and SharePoint.
* Fluent in French mandatory and good level of English.
* Resident in Switzerland mandatory.
