Hi there, at SNAQ, we support people with diabetes to better manage their blood sugar around meals. The award-winning app helps to count carbs, protein, and fat in meals by taking a photo, and supports learning what keeps blood sugar levels in check after meals. We’re tackling one of the biggest challenges for people living with diabetes, and we’re just getting started.
We are a small, ambitious team with diverse skills and big plans. Our mission is to reveal the impact of food on health and bring our app to millions of users worldwide. To fuel our next phase of growth (from 200k to >1m users), we’re looking for a full-stack marketer with a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll be playing a defining role in shaping not just our marketing motion, but also the product, company, and culture.
Tasks What You’ll Do
As our Growth Marketer, you will take full ownership of our marketing efforts —from strategy and planning to execution and ongoing optimization. You'll lead both paid and organic growth initiatives, driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across both consumer (patient) and business (healthcare professional) segments. Your role will include:
Designing, implementing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across a variety of channels.
Boosting our organic reach through ASO and refining the SEO of our website and blog.
Owning our CRM activities to engage and retain customers.
Creating compelling marketing and communication assets (visuals and copy) to engage and convert users.
Managing and growing our social media channels, website, and other customer-facing platforms .
Identifying and collaborating with marketing partners such as agencies, creators, copywriters, and other externals to amplify our reach.

What You Bring
You are a full-stack marketer with a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You’ve been an early marketing hire at a high-growth mobile app startup, successfully scaling user acquisition from 200K to over 1M users and beyond.
You have proven expertise in leveraging both B2C and B2B channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
You possess strong technical and analytical skills, confidently working with ad platforms, SEO/ASO tools, MMPs, and product analytics .
You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
Design skills with Figma, Sketch, Affinity, Photoshop, or similar are a plus.
Basic web development skills are a plus.

Our Hiring Process Initial conversation : A relaxed 20-minute chat with a team member to get to know you and introduce you to life at SNAQ. We'll discuss your experience and aspirations, and you can ask us anything about the role.
Take-home task : We'll present you with a practical marketing challenge that mirrors some of our current challenges. No prior knowledge required.
Final interview : Lastly, we will meet for a more in-depth conversation lasting around 45 minutes. We'll delve into your expertise, ensure we're a good fit for each other, and address any remaining questions about the role and SNAQ.
