Marketing Manager Location: Geneva, Switzerland Sector: Meditation, Wellbeing, Consumer Experiences We are a Geneva-based meditation organisation bringing science, technology and tradition together to create world-class meditation experiences for a global audience. As we grow our community and expand our reach, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing activities across social media, CRM, and website —and manage a network of agencies and freelancers supporting PR, creative, influencer marketing, and web development. This is a key role for someone who combines creativity, precision, and purpose— with a passion for wellbeing and, ideally, an appreciation (or personal practice) of meditation. Key Responsibilities Social Media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) Plan and manage the content calendar Write engaging, on-brand content Grow our organic audience and community Oversee paid media via external agency Monitor performance and engagement metrics CRM & Email Marketing Manage and maintain audience data Segment audiences and tailor messaging Write and schedule targeted e-newsletters Optimise performance through testing and analytics Website Oversee content updates and publishing Write and manage web content with strong UX and SEO principles Monitor performance through analytics and recommend improvements Agency & Partner Management Collaborate with external agencies (PR, creative, influencers, web) Brief, coordinate and quality-check deliverables Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing roles with digital focus Expertise in social media, CRM/email marketing and web management Creative, organised, and detail-obsessed Excellent written English – native-level fluency essential Strong understanding of consumer wellbeing, ideally meditation Proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset This is an opportunity to grow with a mission-driven team in an inspiring, international environment.
