The successful candidate will be able to create insight-driven communication plans and surround sound campaigns that are integrated with commercial and corporate goals for external and internal audiences. The role requires experience with branded and unbranded communications and work in supporting leader profiles. It will also work with Europe Patient Advocacy to help shape patient storytelling and amplify work done in partnership with patient advocacy organizations. This position also involves coordinating with BeiGene's global offices. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, Europe, the role requires a comprehensive understanding of responsible communication practices, including media relations, digital communications, and other relevant activities, to support the company's long-term goals.Responsibilities: Developing and implementing communication strategies aligned to corporate and brand strategies within agreed-upon budgets and timelines.Support product and pipeline communications in close collaboration with the global communication team.Collaborate with communications/PR partners to develop and update various communication materials such as corporate resources, media materials, presentations, etc.Create compelling content by working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to support global social media and digital strategiesSupport corporate reputation work by engaging in executive visibility planning, including speaking and media opportunities, and preparing key BeiGene executivesPartner with patient advocacy and policy teams in Europe to provide visibility for their workCoordinate with country corporate affairs leads to streamline and align communications across countries and departments equipping the teams with resources, capabilities and information needed for an efficient and high-performing functionProvide support for the preparation of quarterly European Town Halls and the development of internal initiatives. Analyze and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies using appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Build and manage the internal EU Corporate Affairs SharePoint site Profile:Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in communications/PR within the healthcare, with at least 3 years in a corporate (pharma or biotech) setting. Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication initiatives at an international level.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably in a multicultural environment.Able to build and maintain close, collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, tactics and content.Strong organizational capabilities; detail oriented.Ability to work independently and use sound judgment in decision-making, including setting and managing priorities and meeting competing deadlines. Deadline-driven and accustomed to juggling multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in SharePoint site design and maintenance.Job based in SwitzerlandQualifications:Bilingual in English.
