Description du poste
Position Overview:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Finance Director in managing daily responsibilities as well as assisting the broader department with operational needs.
* Oversee the coordination of schedules and follow-up on correspondence while maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Work closely with department teams, particularly for time management tasks and logistical support.
* Assist the Finance Director in evaluating departmental needs and proactively planning for upcoming requirements.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, while recommending potential improvements when necessary.
Event Management:
* Understand the requirements for various events and proactively manage all aspects, from planning and organizing to execution (such as anniversary celebrations, external visits, town halls, team gatherings, financial meetings, etc.).
* Lead the coordination of team-building activities, milestone celebrations, networking events, and financial topic presentations.
Communication and Presentation:
* Prepare internal and external presentations and communications, ensuring key messages are effectively conveyed.
* Serve as a key point of contact within the finance team and between executives, clients, and external partners, ensuring communication is tailored to the intended audience.

* Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and at ease with technology
