Your Role
As a key member of the Audi F1 Project, you will be responsible for overseeing all vehicle components in the suspension area.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the suspension department, acting as deputy to the team leader.
* Coordinate maintenance and modifications of vehicle parts before and during the season.
* Oversee parts management, including the introduction of new components.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are tidy and well-maintained.
About Us
Audi is entering the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026, with two locations: the Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Requirements
* Completed Apprenticeship (e.g., model maker, boat builder)
* Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in motorsport with a focus on suspension or in comparable fields.
* Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational skills, process-oriented mindset, and disciplined work approach.
* Very good knowledge of German and English.
