Operations Manager
The Operations Manager supports the Store Manager in all store operations, including stock management, logistics, cashiers, training coordination, staff planning, and store maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain open communication with the EMEA Retail Operation Team, Store Management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper store operations.
* Coordinate non-sales activities for the flagship store.
* Analyze store operation procedures and optimize processes where possible.
* Support the store manager in organizing daily morning briefings.
Stock Management:
Coordinate the stock team to maintain accurate inventory of company products, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools.
Review logistic and product moving activities with the stock manager to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate picking in-store activities for the e-shop and meet monthly KPIs.
Cash Procedures and Cashier Operation Management:
Coordinate cashier procedures.
Support new process training and align the team on new legal rules.
Train the cashier team on luxury standards selling etiquette.
Manage customer reclaim and after-sales guidelines as a Brand Ambassador.
Store Administration:
Coordinate back office activities.
Ensure administrative tasks are completed according to Company Guidelines.
Perform routine maintenance activities in compliance with Italian law.
Manage travel and expenses.
Oversee uniform and clothing management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in Operations.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Luxury touch.
* Fluent in French and English.
