About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to take an active role as a Client Services Specialist who also leads and supports additional tasks and projects. Such person will work in a team of diverse and highly engaged professionals who are committed to put ethical standards as well as investment and operational excellence front and center.
Key responsibilities include:
* Create, regularly update and distribute fund reports, dedicated analyses and marketing materials
* Lead communication activities (incl webpage management and general online presence)
* Support the organization of ad-hoc and regularly recurring events
* Provide exceptional sales support, such as the management of the client management tool or databases
* Support the regulatory reporting and actively contribute to the KYC oversight requirements (counterparty screening)
* Lead and contribute to additional projects
* Being a small team, we closely cooperate with each other and you will be involved in a broad range of tasks. This is a rare opportunity to join SRILIM and become part of a young, dynamic and growing entity within Swiss Re Group.
About the Team
The SRILIM team currently consists of seven people who span the entire asset management value chain. We work in a friendly, collaborative and lively team environment. A position in our team gives you a wide range of opportunities to expand your understanding of insurance-linked securities from various angles.
About You
Are you interested in becoming part of a small and growing team, working on a captivating subject, transforming reinsurance risks into investment risk via a fund platform? You have a high service mentality and are attentive to details, you like to take ownership and are happy to work independently yet coordinated with the rest of the team.
* Degree in finance or similar
* High degree of honesty and integrity, strong work ethic
* Strong analytical capabilities, programming skills a plus
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Relevant asset management and fund know-how; experience with ILS a plus
* Strong collaboration skills and experience in working in small teams
* Self-motivated and pro-active with service-oriented can-do-attitude
* Enjoy working independently and handling multiple requests and deadlines
* Speak and write in German and English fluently
