As a member of our specialized Business Continuity Management (BCM) team in the Risk Controlling & Security department, you will work with various organizational units within the bank and external partners to develop, implement, and continuously optimize BCM procedures and processes. Your goal is to increase the resilience of the organization and address the latest challenges in this field.
As a Business Continuity & Resilience Manager, you will take on the following tasks:
* Ensuring the implementation of group standards as well as internal and external guidelines
* Creating documentation and reports (BCP plans, reports, etc.)
* Developing and testing resilience strategies
* Innovatively developing solutions and processes, both independently and in a team
* Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders and coordinating with them (business, IT, etc.)
* Conducting BCM assessments
* Supporting and assisting in the formation of recovery teams (e.g., crisis management team, evacuation team, etc.)
* Planning and conducting exercises and training sessions
Your profile
Your profile shows:
* A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a similar field
* Certification in Business Continuity Management is an advantage
* At least 3 years of professional experience in the banking environment
* Strong organizational and conceptual skills, as well as resilience and flexibility
* Quick comprehension with an independent and proactive working style
* Very good MS Office skills
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (with an aptitude and enthusiasm for independently writing documentation, information, etc.)
* Communicative team player
