For our client in the kanton on Wallis, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Exhibits a strong sense of business in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site (or highly regulated environment).
Exhibits a sophisticated understanding of Lonza business, objectives and data and translates into:
Dashboard and KPI.
Improvements/operational actions to drive critical success factors in order to make Lonza more competitive.
Communicates effectively to all stakeholders and helps them make sense of priority.
Translates data into breakthrough initiatives proposal using existing governance model.
Identifies when performance may not align with business objectives and acts as a key communication link between all layers seeking effective solutions to resolve or escalate.
Shows flexibility in helping operational activities to understand weakness while being mindful of the impact on the broader organization.
Connect multiple sources of data using Power BI, SAP BW, and other tools and publish reports and KPIs.
Conducts interviews to gather business requirements/needs via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis to meaningful new business tools.
Translates conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Performs testing and quality assurance to ensure data reliability.
Defines reporting and alerting governance model and report performance.
Researches, reviews, and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develops proposals for enhancing or further leveraging business performances.
