About the job
In Travel Retail you would help bring Swarovski to the Travelers across geographies, in Airports, duty-free shops, on Cruise ships, in Inflight magazines - by Partnering with Travel Retail Global Keys Accounts.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Building and maintaining strong Partner relationships with Key Accounts in scope, to jointly grow the brand in airports and duty-free locations through thoroughly executed plans
Managing the performance and growth of Travel Retail Global Key Accounts in scope, aligning with global Company goals
Developing and overseeing the strategic direction for the business in scope, forecasting, budgets, P&L and performance analysis while identifying growth opportunities
Leading store openings, refurbishments, and product assortment management to meet market and business needs.
Ensuring Retail Excellence through managing together with the Partners the calendar for key retail locations, activations, overall go to market tools deployment
About you

A proven track record of professional experience in a similar role, specifically within Travel Retail, with demonstrated success in sales and key account management
A high-performing mindset, driven by both strong sales results and brand development
Excellent negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and intercultural collaboration
A structured, organized, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to efficiently manage complex tasks
A friendly and approachable personality that fosters long-lasting, professional relationships with business partners
The flexibility and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
