Accounting Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage payables accounting and receivables invoicing.
* Process electronic invoices, record and reconcile customer and supplier payments.
* Perform VAT accounting and tax compliance management.
* Collect credits in cooperation with the sales department, office, and country managers.
* Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank and cash accounts.
* Manage intercompany payments and reconciliation of intercompany balances.
* Prepare daily and monthly treasury reports.
* Reconcile and pay sales commissions.
* Prepare monthly reporting: balance sheet and profit and loss statements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is recommended.
* At least three to five years' experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role.
* Understanding of accounting principles and financial legislation.
* Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Well-organized and strongly detail-oriented.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in international companies is preferred.
Required Skills and Expertise:
* Tagetik or other similar business intelligence tools.
* Knowledge of AS400 and SAP is highly recommended.
* Microsoft Office skills.
* Good English knowledge, both written and spoken.
