About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Support global seasonal launch management across key taskforces (SMS, asset readiness, events, showroom, presentations, etc.),
* Ensure timely execution of launch milestones and quality of global tools for Swarovski Days,
* Own the seasonal toolbox, including product collection, brand activation, comms assets, assortment plans, and guidelines,
* Lead Swarovski Days event gift and traveling samples taskforce,
* Ensure toolbox availability on BEAM for easy market access,
* Oversee Swarovski Days physical events, ensuring brand alignment and excellence,
* Gather insights from market surveys to improve tools and processes,
* Support trade events with guidelines and best practices in collaboration with key stakeholders.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
* Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Fashion or Business,
* Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting,
* Problem-solving skills and can-do attitude,
* Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills,
* Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization,
* Excellent command of PowerPoint.
