Job Description:
* You drive decision processes to align on communication & touchpoint concepts according to the Marketing concepts and overarching brand strategy.
* Taking ownership of concept development, you ensure strategies qualify in research and achieve the respective KPIs.
* You develop, drive and steer engaging Brand Communication Concepts across various touchpoints (on-& offline) to promote overarching cross-PA (/cross-BU) marketing concepts based on brand positioning and brand identity.
* Ensuring a smooth and effective launch process, you take responsibility for user qualification of communication concepts.
Qualifications
* Education: Completed studies in marketing or business administration or comparable qualification.
* Experience and know-how: Several years of experience in communication, brand development and concept development including up to date touchpoint relevance (holistic communication); proven expertise to translate data into actionable insights.
* Personality and working style: Convincing personality with a high enthusiasm. Self-responsible, lateral leadership and self-organized. Persuasive communication on different hierarchical levels and stakeholder management. Good analytical skills, high result-orientation.
