Key Responsibilities
1. Design and execute experiments to inform product development decisions
2. Assemble and test sensor and consumable prototypes of new product designs
3. Analyze data from experiments and communicate results to the team and management
4. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, driving proactive solutions
5. Document verification and validation test plans and results
6. Provide subject matter expertise to support team members as needed
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Your Background and Skills
1. MSc in a technical field (engineering or science)
2. At least 2 years of experience in a regulated industry, relevant to the role
3. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
4. Experience working with data analysis tools and scripting languages (e.g., Matlab, Python, Origin)
5. Self-driven and proactive, with a strong initiative to contribute ideas and take ownership of projects
6. Potential to grow into a project leadership role
7. Familiarity with CO2 sensing technologies is an advantage
8. Proficient English language skills (spoken and written); conversational German is a plus
