You have a creative spirit combined with commercial and visual skills, as well as an aesthetic sense.

Preferrably, you have studied visual merchandising, industrial design, or interior design, although this is not a requirement.
You are proactive, seeking to simplify working methods, processes, and new ways of working.
You must be able to handle high pressure and heavy workloads while maintaining balance.
Familiarity with software related to planning and presentation (REVIT, AutoCAD) is necessary.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is preferable.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. To contribute to the team with strong visual presentations and solutions, inspiring our visitors and strengthening the IKEA brand on our market through various store media.
2. You will present the IKEA brand throughout the furniture store in a distinctive and contemporary way, showcasing the benefits and versatility of IKEA products and making the purchasing process easier for customers.
3. In accordance with the IKEA concept, you will plan shops and layouts for individual departments and product areas, implementing them accordingly. You will utilize effective presentation techniques and ensure engaging product range coordination, incorporating craftsmanship and optimal lighting.
4. To remain competitive, you will continually expand your knowledge of decor and trends, as well as how people in your local market live and what their needs, wants, and dreams are for home life.
5. By consistently introducing new product ranges and seasonal adjustments, you will create fresh experiences for our customers, encouraging them to make purchases and return to the store.
6. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments and coordinate the work of external companies under the guidance of your leader.
