We are currently seeking a Human Resources Officer – Recruitment to support IMPACT Initiatives in Geneva. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful humanitarian organization based in Geneva, Switzerland.
This role offers the chance to connect with colleagues and hiring managers across diverse country contexts, gaining valuable insights into different operational environments. You will work closely with the Human Resources Director and colleagues in the recruitment unit to identify, attract, and onboard the best talent to meet the needs of our organization.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment cycle for both internationally deployed and headquarters-based positions. You must excel in communication, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and assessing diverse talent to support global humanitarian efforts
* Managing the full recruitment cycle for both internationally deployed and headquarters-based positions
* Working closely with the Human Resources Director and colleagues in the recruitment unit
Requirements:
* Strong grasp of recruitment best practices
* Able to manage the recruitment process efficiently, from sourcing to onboarding
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
* Gross Salary: Monthly salary ranges from 5,000 CHF to 5,490 CHF (before income tax)
