Join Meteomatics, a leading provider of high-resolution weather and climate data! We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Executive to help us develop our business in the D-A-CH region.
Your Responsibilities
1. Learn about and present Meteomatics’ innovative weather solutions at regional conferences and trade fairs, gaining exposure to the industry while helping increase Meteomatics’ brand presence.
2. Assist in the sales process for the D-A-CH Insurance & Agriculture markets, supported by senior team members.
3. Understand our clients' needs and help them to meet their business objectives with our weather solutions.
4. Drive new business and nurture existing client relationships in collaboration with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Development teams.
What We're Looking For
1. Technical or business related Bachelor Degree.
2. A passion for learning and growing in the sales and technology space, with an interest in weather and climate data solutions.
3. Experience in a customer-facing role (B2B), ideally with IT/Software/Data solutions.
4. Confidence in communicating with clients and internal teams, with a willingness to learn from senior colleagues and take on new challenges.
5. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to develop your knowledge and competencies. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Fluency in (Swiss) German and English is essential; French, Italian, or other languages are a plus.
7. Swiss citizenship / working permit essential.
