We are seeking a Workday Certified Workday Learning Lead to spearhead a full end-to-end Workday Learning implementation for a large, international enterprise client. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a critical deployment, engaging with stakeholders in a decentralized environment and ensuring a successful rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Learning
2. Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance processes
3. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
4. Provide guidance and best practices for system optimization
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Workday Learning implementations
2. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and Learning functionalities
3. Ability to manage projects in a global, decentralized organization
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
5. Willingness to travel occasionally for key workshops
