Job Summary(Primary function)
TheSenior Manager ERP Tech Ops IT will report to the Associate Director ERP Tech Ops and will be responsible for supportingthe planning, development, testing, implementation, and support activities associated with the Incyte SAP Ecosystem (primarily SAP S4). The primary SAP areas of focus for this role will be SAP Extended Warehouse Management and integration of EWM with external 3PLs and internal manufacturing execution systems. Secondary area of focus will be Production Planning and Execution and Plant individual will identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities to enable SAP functionality/ capability that will enhance and/or optimize business incumbent will be responsible for coordinating their activities in conjunction with operational delivery services from approved external activities will be to support and work collaboratively with members of the IT and Business Teams. The incumbent will follow all relevant SOPs and internal controls to ensure compliancy with security, financial, legal, and regulatory requirements. This position is based in Yverdon-les-Bains (minimum presence 4 days on site).
Essential Functions of the Job(Key responsibilities)
·Execute support activities, continuous improvements and projects related to SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
·Work collaboratively with key external and internal stakeholders to understand the challenges, needs and opportunities in order to define and implement an optimal course of action.
·Participate and contribute with cross-functional teams, and bring a broad awareness to identify impacts/effects of process or technical decisions.
·Interface with other IT and Business teams as needed to coordinate and support existing operations and new initiatives.
·Provide both oversight and logistical support for third-party technology and service providers, including coordinating troubleshooting efforts and upgrades with third-party providers, directly troubleshooting client application issues, and managing vendor relationships as needed.
·Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) on Change Controls (Pharma regulatory requirement) and provide valuable inputs on SAP technical changes and relevant documentation updates on the change actions related to CSV (provide Specs, URS & UAT references)
·Coordinate UAT execution with business team and technical experts
·Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well-documented system designs.
·Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Individual must have a thorough understanding of the main business processes within Supply
Chain and Manufacturing
·Demonstrates strong knowledge and application of testing strategies, methodologies and has been responsible for executing unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
·Team player with good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and take direct requests from business and IT colleagues, able to provide end user training as required.
·Ensure full documentation of existing deployed technologies, system changes to existing technologies, and newly implemented technologies in accordance with policies, good system practices, and any controls/audit requirements.
·Understand and articulate business demand and its impact on various IT and business programs.
Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)
·BS degree required in Information Technology or related field.
·Minimum of ten years of proven Information Systems experience, with at least seven years of SAP functional experience in Warehouse Management in a life science and regulated environment. Experience with S4 and in Production Planning and Execution and Plant Maintenance would be a plus.
·Experienced in participating in multi-disciplinary SAP teams in a geographically distributed and culturally diverse SAP team is a plus.
·Proven record of accomplishment of successfully of working in cross-functional teams and project delivery excellence.
