In this job you’ll be working within the Corporate Donations & Sponsoring Department.
Purpose
You will be an administrative assistant, and in this position you’ll need to handle a wide variety of confidential and time sensitive situations. You should be capable of handling multiple tasks at one time. Moreover, you need to have adaptability, good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
Your tasks include
1. Liaise with very senior internal and external stakeholders including the CEO and Chairman's Office
2. Participation in CSR activities (Children’s Walk) and providing administrative support
3. General report creation and handling via Sharepoint and Concur
4. Visitor arrangements
5. Roche Commissions and Roche Young Commissions
6. Help in preparation of agenda and meeting materials
7. Onboarding new colleagues
8. Organization of team events
Who you are
You have good verbal and written communication skills – fluency in English and German is a requirement.
You have experience working in diverse and complex organizational cultures and structures, and you embrace the concept of constantly adapting to support Roche’s 10-year ambitions.
You are tech-savvy and proficient with technology applications and enjoy exploring new digital tools. You have strong Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills.
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and have the ability to track and manage projects through to completion.
You maintain a collaborative, professional, highly responsive, and team-oriented approach to the workplace.
You are able to work independently and with a team effectively.
You have an ability to see the big picture and incorporate problem-solving, critical thinking, and tactical execution into your daily work.
You maintain calm in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multitask and prioritize numerous projects.

This is a part-time position at 50% (non-negotiable).
