Responsibilities
* Develop and implement local quality procedures and work instructions to align with contractual requirements, local standards and Quality Management System
* Conduct internal and external quality audits and reviews
* Prepare, collect (from vendors), review, and submit comprehensive data packages to customers
* Manage delivery and acceptance events (e.g., materials, platforms) in collaboration with customers
* Handle QA-related issues with local subcontractors and suppliers
* Investigate and analyze non-conformances through Root Cause Analysis and coordinate approvals with customers
* Perform Source Inspection at sub-contractor's facilities
* Conduct acceptance inspections on incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management
* Background in Electronics, Mechanics or System Engineering – an advantage
* Knowledge in Swiss Federal Acts requirements – an advantage
* Experience in quality conformity audits
* Hands-on experience in source inspections of cables, mechanical and electrical assemblies, and complex systems
* Demonstrated ability to lead complex system delivery events
* Experience working with the Swiss Army – an advantage
