Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the European strategic direction for the Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem in partnership with relevant vendor partners.
* Promote cross-selling activities between device and license sales.
* Create and execute strategic & marketing plans with Microsoft's EMEA MTR and Commercial PC team.
* Support sales efforts in various countries, share best practices, and develop cross-country marketing programs.
* Monitor key performance indicators such as market shares and sales development.
* Expand and diversify the vendor portfolio within existing and new ALSO countries.
* Actively participate in shaping the strategic direction, collaborating with CoC Management and Regional Leads.
* Maintain presence at events and continuously enhance product knowledge.
Your Profile:
* University degree or equivalent qualifications.
* Relevant experience and knowledge of the IT market, preferably in Microsoft, PC, or collaboration solutions.
* Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, process affinity, and high self-motivation and responsibility.
* Experience in vendor management and business development.
* Open and accessible personality with extended networking spirit.
* Strong analytical skills.
* International and intercultural experience is a plus.
* Fluent written and spoken English skills are mandatory; any additional European languages are a plus.
